By purchasing any digital service from the Eunorial Consulting online store, the client acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final. Due to the custom nature of the digital services and the allocation of time and resources, no refunds or returns will be issued under any circumstances.

2. No Refunds

Once a project has been initiated, including any consultation, concept development, or delivery of drafts, refunds will not be provided. This applies regardless of project status or client satisfaction.

Clients are strongly encouraged to communicate their expectations clearly and thoroughly before initiating any service. Upon payment and confirmation, work will proceed based on the agreed-upon scope and timeline.

3. Revisions and Client Satisfaction

While refunds are not available, Eunorial Consulting is committed to delivering services that meet professional standards and the agreed-upon specifications. Revisions may be offered as outlined in the service agreement or project proposal. Any additional work outside the original scope will be subject to further charges.
